Chad Flinders began his career with PlanitCorp Custom Home Builders in 1992, where he developed a strong foundation in the custom home building industry, working diligently until 1998. He then joined Scandia 360 Construction under the guidance of Tom Olsen, taking on the role of Project Manager. In this capacity, Chad effectively supervised all aspects of each project, ensuring that every detail met the highest standards while coordinating closely with a variety of skilled trades.

In 2012, after demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise, Chad became a 49% partner at Scandia 360, where he continued to manage construction operations and fostered strong relationships with tradespeople. Under his management, numerous high-end residences were built in prestigious communities such as Tuhaye, Glenwild, Park Meadows, Old Town, Deer Crest, Promontory, Bald Eagle Club, and Two Creeks, showcasing his commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
 

In 2016, Chad founded Chad Flinders Construction, where he has remained dedicated to creating luxury custom homes. His extensive experience and passion for building have allowed him to continue delivering exceptional homes that reflect the unique vision and lifestyle of each client, solidifying his reputation as a leading builder in the Park City area and beyond.

Chad's expertise and reputation are so highly regarded that numerous local contractors often seek his advice, and he has received multiple offers to join their teams.  

From 2018 to 2022, Chad had the privilege of being appointed by Governor Gary Herbert to serve on the Uniform Building Code Commission under the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing for the State of Utah, a testament to his exceptional knowledge and commitment to the industry.
